Woodnotes and Nikari ( that we mentioned earlier here ) opened a showroom in Vitra’s old venue on Yrjönkatu early May this year. It’s very minimalistical and clean cut. Both have beautiful products that really stand the test of time. Woodnotes is known for their carpets, blinds&panels, furniture and accessories. It was founded 1987 by Ritva Puotila and her son Mikko Puotila who still owns it today. Woodnotes has won numerous international awards over the years and environmental concerns play a big roll in their production. We like eco-friendly companies.  Featured image by Woodnotes.
