This has absolutely nothing to do with interior but I felt like sharing my raw rhubarb lemonade with you, being summer and all. I make this every summer from our own rhubarbs and enough to get us through the year to come. It’s ridiculously easy to make and equally good if I may say so myself. All you need are:

  1. 1-1,5 kg rhubarbs
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 10 L bucket
  4. 4-5 dl sugar
  5. 9-9,5 dl water

Cut the rhubarbs somewhat, not important really how and the lemon as well in slices. Put them and the sugar in the bucket and fill with boiling water. Let simmer for 48h with a lid on preferably in a shadowy and cool place. Stir after 24 h and sift the lemonade when ready into bottles. Enjoy your raw rhubarb lemonade seriously chilled!

xx Anna
